Expert advice and recommendations on the logistical aspects of your wedding – on which vendors to use, the order of events, timing, etc.
Help with booking and managing vendors, including accompaniment to meet with vendors.
Step-by-step planning.
Setting up meetings with the Rabbanut to arrange the marriage license.
Help in locating deals for hotels or other services for guests and family attending the wedding.
Help in arranging Aufruf’s, Shabbos Kallah (before the wedding)
Coordination with the Rabbi.
Organization of the Chupah (wedding canopy), including the wedding procession, the music, and the coordination of the Sheva Brachot (the seven blessings said under the Chupah).
Liaising with the staff at your venue.
Acting as a primary contact between all relevant parties, such as the florist, band, and videographer.
Ensuring the smooth running of the Tisch (the Groom’s signing of the Ketuba, or marriage contract), Kabbalat Panim (the reception), and the Badeken (the first meeting of Bride and Groom), along with any other ceremonial tasks.
Welcoming guests and ushering them to the right places at the right time (to the reception or Tisch, to the Chupah, to the banquet, etc.).
Ensuring that seating is organized and smoothly carried out.
Carving out the proper time and space for Yichud (the private time allotted to the Bride and Groom after t the ceremony).
Coordinating with the photographer, the family, and the Bride and Groom for pictures before and during the wedding.
Arranging the length of each dance period.
The timing and placement of speeches and/or performances throughout the evening.
Coordinating benching (the Grace after Meals) and Sheva Brachot.
Organizing payments of all third parties so that you do not need to be concerned with finances.
Making sure that gifts are collected and transferred to the right place post-wedding.
Help arranging pre- and post-wedding transportation for guests, family, and the Bride and Groom.
Organizing post-wedding parties, Sheva Brachot, family shabbatons, and sightseeing trips around Israel.
